Elmington Elevates, a registered 501c3, operates in close partnership with Elmington’s employees, residents, and clients. We recognize that our teams and communities are filled with service-driven, philanthropic, and caring people.
Since 2015, Elmington Elevates has been providing school supplies, canned food, and toys to children in the states that Elmington serves. We are passionate about elevating our communities to learn, grow, and thrive.

SALAMA URBAN MINISTRIES
AT HILLSIDE FLATS IN NASHVILLE, TN
Through a joint venture partnership with Salama, we built a 10,000 sq ft office and program space.
Salama is a faith-based, youth development organization committed to improving each child’s life trajectory through academic enrichment, performing arts, and character development.
AMAZON HOUSING EQUITY FUND
Elmington received an $18.8 million loan from the Amazon Housing Equity Fund for the construction of Harpeth Valley Apartments, a garden-style, 251-unit, affordable housing development to be completed in 2024 in Nashville, TN.
Amazon’s fund is minority-opportunity-focused and centered around creating inclusive solutions to the affordable housing crisis, which disproportionately affects communities of color.
